As much work we've managed to shrink down the PDF by removing many graphics and such. sadly I'll have to relase this version until either I can afford my own bandwidth or until someone is kind enough to offer us some.

Anywho here is the Alpha release. Note it has no info for weapons, armor or ship combat. but the core system itself is presented
